Identification

Ask for the order number or the customer's phone number to search the database.

Preparation

Find the physical package on the warehouse shelf by its number and bring it to the counter.

Verification

Mandatory!

Open the package in front of the customer. Check every item, its colour and size against the order card on screen.

Confirmation

Ask the parent for the 4-digit code from WhatsApp/Email to legally close the deal. Hand over the package.
